One of the most UNIQUE and INFORMATIVE tour in Vienna.
You get to know the stories of Vienna's sewer, from their building up to today's usage and some facts/stories you won't hear elsewhere (or in google).
I took the English guided tour. It lasted about 50 min. There are main 4 spots where you see some short explanatory short movies (5-7 min), the underground workers' everyday job, the mixture of different rivers, and Vienna river (ugliest it's flooded - then they'll have to close that part). We had a super nice guide who tells mind-blowing stories that only insider would know.
Highly recommended if you like stories and underground.

It was really hot on that day but nice downstairs. No long pants needed in Summer (it only 5 degrees colder).
The tour was not full, but I did the booking in advance online - it was really easy.
The guide was the very model of a Viennese. With all the humor etc. <3
It is not really necessary to watch the film in advance but might be a good combination to see it at Burg kino before. It is a great experience - very retro!

This was brilliant, if you can bare the thought of going down a real sewer with real smells. Actually it's not so bad and more than compensated for by the excellent guide and safety staff. Some great stories in the iconic location where the big chase took place in the film, The Third Man.
The guides are super entertaining, kind and funny. To see the underground and places of many famous movies and video clips was an exciting experience.
By far the most interesting experience we had in Vienna! Getting to see what lies hidden right beneath our feet was such a unique opportunity!
